Also known as the banyan fig and tiger bark fig. The Retusa has small,dark green leaves which alternate up the stem and which are more ovalthan the Benjamina. It has grey to reddish bark dotted with small,horizontal flecks, similar to tiger like markings. Among the mosttolerant, versatile and trouble-free bonsai trees for indoor use. 18 years old. 21" tall. Potted in a 12" rectangular blue ceramic pot as shown.
