Items are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks.
Our smaller items are shipped via Fed-Ex.
Larger items will be shipped via a specialized carrier.

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture arrives and you find it does not quite fit your needs, you may return it within 30 with no re-stocking fees. We will issue a pick-up on the item, and a refund will be issued. (Less shipping charges.) Please make sure that the merchandise is in its original packaging.
If an item is damaged during shipment, or if it is defective we will either issue a pick up for the damaged item & have a replacement sent, or we will have a repair technician correct the problem. In most cases, we will be able to send parts to correct any problems you may have. All items that are returned due to damage must be in the original box.
