The third SAILOR MOON movie follows Madame Vadiane`s diabolical plot to kidnap the children of Earth and put them to sleep permanently in dream boxes that feed off the energy of the children`s dreams. Using fairies to help her lure children to her castle, Madame Vadiane hopes to capture enough energy to absorb the Earth. Chibi-Usa meets one of these fairies, Peruru, whom she befriends rather quickly. Enchanted by his new friend, Peruru decides to team up with Chibi-Usa to fight Vadiane. However, one of her other fairies is able to lure Chibi-Usa to the castle, but she is awakened once there by the Inner Senshi. However, once Mini Moon is kidnapped, the scouts must try to free her before Vadiane can collect enough energy to escape.
