Mike is one of the toughest players in the league and is quickly becoming one of the best fullbacks in the NFL®. In his inaugural year in 1996, Mike was the selected to the AP All Pro Second Team and a first alternate for the Pro Bowl. In 1997 he was selected an AP All Pro. In 1998, Mike was selected to the AP & USA Today All Pro First Team. In 2002, he helped lead his Bucs to their first ever Super Bowl victory.
